School is definitely in this coming Monday, April 9, as The Monster Energy Outbreak Tour featuring XXL’s Freshman Class of 2012 hits the Best Buy Theatre.
The wicked line-up features this year’s entire Class: Machine Gun Kelly, French Montana, Future, Roscoe Dash, Hopsin, Kid Ink, Danny Brown, Mackelmore, Don Trip and Iggy Azalea.
This five-city outing launched at SXSW and grabbed headlines instantaneously. Patrons were kickin’ it old school as Mobb Deep dropped in for a surprise performance, leaving spectators exhilarated. Other cities featured past alumni and critically acclaimed favorites such as Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean and Wale.
Fuse chats with A$AP Rocky at SXSW and he sets a few things straight. There is no album dropping this month but A$AP Mob has a mixtape set to release in May. Asap Rocky’s debut album is entitled Long.Live.A$AP, and is looking to be released a July 4th release date. The most controversial part about this interview is what Rocky said on XXL’s Freshman Class he said they “corny as f**k except for a few other like Danny Brown while a no comment on Iggy Azlea.
