If you haven’ heard in street brand news recently Supreme has filed suit against Married to the Mob and its owner Leah McSweeney for the amount of 10 million in regards for her trying to register a trademark ownership of “Supreme Bitch” a parody design using Supreme’s box logo .
Well today we get news from Animal NYC reporting that Supreme just recently also filed for their own trademark application two months ago on March 6, 2013.

Supreme is releasing two set of new sunglasses designs for their Spring/Summer 2013 collection. The designs are called the Super Francis Wallace, and the Factory they were handmade in Italy featuring Barberini glass lenses.
The whole collection will be available at non-Japan Supreme chapters and online on May 16th; and in Japan on May 18th. No word on price yet.

Supreme and Clark are teaming up again they previously released a Supreme Wallabee this time around they are getting set to release a Desert Boot. The shoe is exclusively made for Supreme features premium nubuck suede upper with a tonal printed map pattern. Leather in-sole with a crepe sole bottom. The Desert Boot will be available in three different colorways.

Two New York brands are heading to court as Supreme is suing Married To The Mob over “Supreme Bitch” trademarking.
Before Married To The Mob blow up its founder Leah McSweeney thought up the “Supreme Bitch” for the brand’s first collection, it was a way of expressing her view on the streetwear landscape so often dominated by men. The parody has become a hallmark of the brand for almost 10 years but now it is being taken to court by Supreme and James Jebbia for what has been claimed as a design that “infringes his trademark rights.” The brand now faces a $10 million for trying to Trademark the phrase and logo.

Supreme and Nike SB are getting set to release a new version of the SB Tennis Classic. Supreme gets its hand designing the shoe made by Nike, the sneaker features Zoom Air technology with the upper body made of premium leather. 7
The Nike Tennis Classic was originally called the Wimbledon when introduced in 1975, the shoe was renamed in the mid 1980s when it was updated with a cupsole. During the 1980s the shoe was popular amongst tennis greats Jimmy Connors, Billie Jean King, and John McEnroe. Nike SB re-introduced the SB Tennis Classic in 2005 with the addition of a Zoom Air bag in the heel for protection. Zoom Air is Nike’s most responsive, low profile cushioning system.
The sneakers will cost $110 and will be available in-store in NY, LA, London and online on April 25th and in Japan on April 27th.

A while back we reported about the Supreme x Nike Tennis Classic SB and had a little more then glimpse of them today we get a closer look at them. The sneakers will come in 4 colorways designed with the Supreme logo on the tongue, heel and inside the in-sole.
