The term Zoo York coined by Upper West Side Manhattan Graffiti artist Ali still lives on as a brand that its celebrating its 20th anniversary with six limited edition skate decks and six matching tees. . The clothing brand its self was formed in 1993 by New York skateboarders Rodney Smith, Eli Morgan Gessner and Adam Schatz and was later bought by to Marc Ecko a few years back.

Nyc is getting a one of kind Indoor Skate park the only one in the city, The new skate park called 5050 located at 354 Front Street in Staten Island which is very much a mission for some. The new skate park features courses that cater to every level of experience, including one modeled after Brooklyn Banks.
co-owner Ed Pollio says ” I invited all the skateboarders and all the bike riders here, and we sat at a big table and they designed it,” said Pollio. “They said what fixtures they wanted and where. it was designed by the users.”

After 2 months of renovation on Coleman/LES Skate Park by California Skateparks NYC skater can now rejoice with the parks completion. Steve Rodriguez from 5 Boro talked exclusively with NY Skateboarding to introduces the freshly redesigned skate park in the heart of Lower Manhattan which reopened just last week.
