Maurizio Cattelan has designed this severed manicured fingers Billboard at the High Line on 10th Avenue and West 18th Street.
The billboard is part of a High Line series that began last December with “The First $100,000 I Ever Made,” a blown-up photograph of a real $100,000 bill, the largest denomination the United States government ever printed, by the Los Angeles artist John Baldessari. This new billboard — the fourth — will be on view through June 30.

Mini High Line In Chinatown
Chinatown is getting its own little mini High line which will include a Chinese-themed garden filled with playful poetry, new drawings show.Designed by Chinese artist Xu Bing, who just completed preliminary designs for the elevated park at the foot of the Manhattan Bridge, envisions a tranquil community gathering space ringed by bamboo and weeping cherry trees, his representatives said this week.

Skating Roller Rink Coming To The High Line In Manhattan
the High Line Rink – Made for All by UNIQLO, a new, outdoor roller-skating rink under the High Line. Open for a limited time this summer, from Thursday, July 28 to Monday, September 26, the High Line Rink will be one of the only open-air roller-skating venues in Manhattan, with regularly scheduled theme nights and other fun public activities for New Yorkers and visitors of all ages. Admission will be free for the first 500 people on the first two days of operation thanks to UNIQLO.
