Medical Marijuana Vending Machine
In California, one company is trying distribute medical Marijuana by creating a vending machine, similar to the ones that distribute soft drinks and Snickers bars.
The auto-spence dispences weed you need but you must first swipe an ID card, then fingerprint identification, and enter a pin number. The machine also traces the drug sold, from growth to sales, so it’s safer. This way the recipient knows exactly what they’re getting and there’s less of a risk. The company has some critics as the government is not fond of this practice and is working to shut the company, and the auto-spence, down.
