A townhouse in the Greenwich Village section of Manhattan is literally a pad that you can control with an Ipad. The five story 9,000 square foot, ultra-minimalist town house will cost $75,000 a month in rent or close to $1 million dollars a year. The designer Kelsey Hubbard discusses the gut renovation project with the developer and gives the bottom to top terrace tour.
